Covid T & C

One of the most frequents questions we receive at the moment is-

  • What happens to my party in the event we are closed for lockdown?

The answer to this question is that we will work with you to come to a happy medium for everyone. Rescheduling the party to a future date is generally the first option. If your weekend is in lockdown have a look here in the calendar for a future date:

Then email or call us and we will reschedule your party booking. You do not need to rebook and pay another deposit. Your current deposit will be used to secure the new rescheduled party date.

As a small business with no income during lockdowns, we are not in the position to be able to refund deposits. Your deposit can be used for a rescheduled party whether that is in a few weeks time OR we can even save a date and time for 2022. You can also use your deposit towards our balloon party shop and or school holiday programs. Essentially you have a credit towards your name to be use for any Carnival for Kids or The Party Shed products and services. 

  • Party deposits are non refundable. 
  • In the event you need to cancel your event you will be issued with a gift card to be used towards any product or service at Carnival for Kids party venue or party shop.
  • The are no expiry dates for gift cards issued.
