Carnival for Kids offer Two COVID safe fixed price packages for you to select from.

From 9th November Indoor Recreation Facilities can have a maximum of 20 children and 10 adults not including staff. Our packages are priced by how many children our staff can entertain, serve, face paint and manage for a success event. Therefore, two staff can manage up to 15 children before requiring an additional staff member for a group  of up to 20 children. From 23rd November we are confident further restrictons will be lifted allowing us to have more than 20.

    • Two Staff
    • 13 children 
    • $30 for two additional children maximum, with two staff.
    • Extension for 2 hours $150
  • Package Two
  • $895.00 
    • Three Staff
    • Up to 18 children with 2 adults supervising.
    • Extension for 2 hours $200

Your party package includes:

  • Exclusive party venue use.
  • 1.5 hours hosted party function with plenty of time for the family and birthday VIP to arrive early for photos and settle in before guests arrive.
  • 2-3 Party hosts who will manage your entire event from arrivals, face painting, dancing, healthy party menu service, party games, group photos, workshops, music requests and your overall party experience.
  • All childrens party food and plain tableware is included. 
  • If you have more children or more adults attending than you originally booked you will need to move to the next party package or book an additional staff member.
  • Due to COVID we must not have any more than 20 children attending and no more than 10 adults. There is no movement on these numbers as handed to us from the DHHS.
A deposit payment of $250 is required when you book your party time online. Optional extra items are:
  • Birthday cakes, take home gifts, lolly bags, balloons, parent catering platters and possibly an extra staff member depending on your needs.
  • Workshops, additional entertainment or interactive shows.

Number of Children & Parents

We are having to adhere to rules and regulations outside of our control. We would appreciate your understanding and assist with keeping your party to be a drop off pick up event with a total of no more than 20 children attending your party with a maximum of 10 adults inside the party venue. 

Additional siblings and adults who attend the party do need to be accounted for. We do not want to ask parents to leave due to having too many adults on the premises. Please discuss with your parents prior to the party, which I am sure everyone understands the strict rules we have to follow.

Carnival for Kids has a COVID plan in place with QR code scanning for contact tracing, many hand washing basins and hand sanitisers as well as a non sharing party food menu.


Your party package size can be confirmed on the Tuesday before your party.
